    1. I sure do like all the healthy food info you post.

    2. A teaspoon of powder mixed in a tablespoon of coconut oil.

    3. I add a piece of fresh turmeric to my breakfast shake along with ginger root

    4. I juice it in a masticating juicer along with ginger, beet, cucumber, celery, lemon, apple, and romaine.

    5. I normally juice it, but my local grocery store has been out for months

    19. I make a smoothie every morning with a tsp of tumeric powder, it’s fat solid so you have to add a tablespoon of coconut oil so it makes it to the bloodstream! I plan to incorporate two tumeric smoothies a day since the Ebola virus has entered our area!

    20. I make a tumeric smoothie everyday .. I add a TBSP of coconut oil since it’s fat soluble & you want it to enter your bloodstream! With the Ebola scare in our area & a healthcare worker, I plan on increasing it to two a day! I Want to keep the germs away!!!

    25. agave isn’t as clean as we once thought. I’d substitute it w/ honey or stevia. And I could drink this all day long. Also look up golden milk, if you’re not aware of it yet. :} Enjoy your health.

    26. Our little stores don’t carry it in that form. I just buy it as a sprinkle on, already ground up. Better than none at all. I started using it for memory loss/Alzheimer’s Disease. Have been using it for over a year. Like the flavor of it quite well.

    32. Say what you will, claims have to be backed up by evidence. These sites make their money by selling products, books and by ad revenue. The vast majority is unsubstantiated nonsense.

    37. Jeff Schwartz. I have been taking turmeric for ages now and guess what? I think you are right!! I haven’t seen any improvement in my tumor on the liver. 🙁 I just like drinking the stuff. Don’t ask it must be the honey…..lol They say….and who are They? That it takes down inflammation. I haven’t seen any results yet. 🙁 But I still am not giving up hope. 🙂 Maybe someday they will. 🙂

    38. Don’t get me wrong, I love turmeric in cooking. and I’m not saying is anything wrong with eating. I’m just saying that the health claims attributed to it have not been proven.
