    1. It is a mild curry. Curry is from turmeric

    2. Tumeric needs to be used with other foods . It tastes terrible alone. I use it in all one dish dinners even spaghetti sauce and chilli. It is included in Curry powder and curry paste so I use this as well. I take a number of medications and have not had to reduce or discontinue any of them.

    3. When I was running I used turmeric for joint pain… I too am a vegetarian so glucosamine is out of the pic for me

    4. I add 1/2 tsp ginger and 1 tsp chai seeds

    5. I put it in smoothies, rice.. pretty much anything I make. Today I had a tuna sandwich with it sprinkled on…

    8. I throw a large raw piece in when juicing!

    9. I use turmeric every day, a teaspoon in the morning with my eggs and sometimes with other meals depending on what I make 🙂
