    Essential Oils and their benefits and uses:

    • CEDAR WOOD– High content of sesquiterpenes will reduce cellulite & are great for liver and hair health.
    • EUCALYPTUS–  Relieves respiratory problems and colds.
    • LAVENDER– Good for eczema, nausea, cuts, burns, cold sores, and sleep aid.
    • LEMON– Mouthwash, insect repellent. Boosts immune system.
    • PEPPERMINT– Helps with acne, stress, indigestion & respiratory problems.
    • ROSE– Skin care, stress reliever. Helps with menopause.
    • ROSEMARY– Improves memory, fatigue fighter. Helps with arthritis, psoriasis & muscle spasms
    • SWEET ORANGE- Anti-depressant, home cleaner and wood protector.
    • TEA TREE– Antiseptic, anti-viral, treats head lice. Helps with sinus infections.
