    3. Interesting ideas, but the most obvious herb is missing here: Ginger root! 🙂 Quells nausea, is anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-parasitic. Cinammon also can soothe the tummy, slow down diarrhea, and provide anti-bacterial properties.

    5. There is no such thing as stomach flu. Influenza is a respiratory disease.

    6. You are correct, it is actually caused by food poisoning or other source of bacterial infection.

    10. I used to get the stomach flu every year, sometimes twice a year. I have not had a stomach flu for almost 6 years now. Guess how I did it? I quit eating unclean foods like pork, shrimp, crab, lobster, and buzzard. Well not buzzard, but eating a buzzard would be just as bad it is a scavenger. Maybe there is something to Leviticus 11?
